JLL Nashville wins big at 2017 NAIOP gala awards

JLL NASHVILLE’S VINCENT LEFLER CELEBRATES SECOND YEAR AS NAIOP BROKER OF THE YEAR

For the second year in a row, Vincent Lefler received the NAIOP Broker of the Year award at the Nashville chapter of the NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s annual awards gala, held at the Omni Nashville on Thursday, March 9, 2017.This award honors the Broker based on broker’s total consideration of transactions during 2016 on the basis of deals executed that year with contingencies met. Vince and the Southeast Multifamily Capital Markets team also received the Multi-Family Sale of the Year for One MetroCenter. The award recognizes the commercial real estate multi-family sale based on the gross sales price. Mayor Megan Berry provided opening remarks. 2017 Chairman Jonathan Tratt presented the honorees with their awards.

Also nominated was Associate Broker, Lauren Riegle, who was up for Developing Leader of the Year. The Developing Leaders Award honors rising commercial real estate professionals 35 years of age and under for their valued contribution and commitment to the industry.
