Panattoni development company & JLL Nashville host open house at Nashville’s new Skyline Distribution Park
Panattoni & JLL Nashville’s Industrial team hosted a March Madness open house at Panattoni’s Skyline’s Industrial Distribution Park on March 17th. This was the first opportunity for most of Nashville’s commercial real estate community to visit the anticipated Skyline Industrial Distribution Park, the 44-acre site at Brick Church Pike. The development features three Class A industrial buildings, totaling 595,000 square feet, offers interstate visibility and skyline views of downtown Nashville; a unique characteristic of an industrial park in any market.
Leading commercial real estate developer Panattoni Development Company welcomed more than 50 guests, filled with surround-sound TVs televising the highly anticipated March Madness games, a full buffet and bar, and exciting giveaways. Raffle winners competed in a shoot off on an indoor Panattoni basketball court. Terry Smith of of Colliers International and Nashville Chamber of Commerce’s Neil MacDonald won tickets to a Predators game and James Taylor concert.
Skyline’s listing brokers, Vice Presidents Bo Fulk ( pictured above ) and Jim Rodrigues the JLL Nashville Industrial team were on hand to answer questions and provide site tours of the industrial park. Skyline Distribution park is comprised of three warehouses. Building A is 375,300 SF, with 61 Docks; two drive-ins, 32’ clear height, and 271 parking spaces. Building B is 124,020 SF, with 22 dock doors; two drive-ins, 32’ clear height, and 103 parking spaces. Building C is 95,700 SF, with 28 dock doors; two drive-ins, and 97 parking spaces.
