For a second consecutive year, the Nashville Business Journal (NBJ) has recognized JLL Nashville, a company committed to achieving ambitions for its team, clients and communities, as one the Best Places to Work in 2017.

The 14th annual list surveys and selects businesses in Middle Tennessee that demonstrate a strong commitment to creating positive work environments that foster respect, comfort and employee engagement for the past 14 years. This year, JLL Nashville was listed among a slate of medium-sized companies, comprising 25 – 99 employees. A luncheon celebrating the 34 honorees took place at the Loews Vanderbilt hotel. Immediately following the festivities, JLL’s Annie OMahony was interviewed by the publication.

We pride ourselves in our open-floor concept here in the office that promotes collaboration, teamwork and an overall positive working environment.”

The Nashville Business Journal and The Tennessean individually conducted employee surveys of the nominated companies. Survey responses generated composite scores and the final selection of awardees. This year, Nashville Business Journal added a new component to the survey process, video submission. All NBJ honorees were asked to submit videos highlighting elements that make their company culture unique and exceptional.

JLL Nashville is thrilled to be recognized by two leading publications for the ambitions that we strive to achieve on a daily basis: fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace; creating everyday collaboration with our colleagues and clients, and helping our clients achieve ambitions and exceed business goals.
